This company has poor to non existent customer service. I ordered a hoodie on March 7. Since they state on their website that they ship in 3-5 business days, when I had received no shipping notice, I contacted them and asked when my order would ship. They ignored all three of my written inquiries. I even called and left a voice-mail and they ignored that too. I finally got a notice that they were shipping my order today, March 18. This is 11 days to ship, not the 3-5 they advertise. Not to respond to messages is unprofessional and rude. I'll NEVER do business with this company again!!!!

I ordered a hoody on March 7, but still have not received any shipping notification. I have sent 3 emails and even called asking when will the hoodie be shipped and when can I expect to receive it? They have ignored my emails and phone call and so I'm left wondering if they are legitimate. That is really unprofessional and signals poor customer service. I am not paying for a hoodie I have not received! I'll never do business with this company ever again! It's hard to support black business when this is the kind of shabby service you receive. It's obvious they don't value their customers or keeping them.

Very difficult to review something I NEVER received. This is a fraudulent company. I’m in the process of a class action lawsuit again the company call shop and affirm for having this company mislead customer. Please contact me if you want to be a part of the lawsuit. Many customers are sharing the same story of not receiving their merchandise and no contact or refund.
